Credit/Debit card payment changes for MedPro insureds
Expanded availability of credit/debit card payment options to all insureds.
MedPro Group is pleased to announce expanded availability of credit/debit card payment options to all insureds (except Oklahoma Physicians and Surgeons). This change will start with policies issued or renewed with term effective dates on 2/1/25 and after.
As part of this expansion, MedPro's payment processing vendor will assess a 2.8 percent processing fee for all card payments.
Insureds who have autopayment established with a card payment method on file will receive a letter (~45 days before their renewal) explaining the convenience fee and providing an alternative payment method (ACH) to avoid fees.
