Dr. Frazer is an internationally known speaker and pioneer in values based, health centered Tier IV dentistry.  His 35 year old dental practice in Austin, Texas has served as a laboratory which has gained him special distinction in values driven practice, peer group health learning, participative diagnosis, treatment planning, case presentation, computer humanization of a practice and applied strategic planning for leadership/management of the committed dental team.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch (Houston), former Assistant Clinical Professor Department of Community Dentistry University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Former Adjunct Professor University of Texas College of Pharmacy, served on the Blue Ribbon Advisory Panel for the Council on Dental Practice of the ADA and is involved in many associations and societies.
